Just fill out a new propane application or oil heat application, and one of our friendly customer service representatives will be in touch with you to walk you through the process. • Can I manage my account online?
Yes! Just click the “Member Login” link at the top right corner of the website. If this is your first time managing your account online, set up your user name and password. You will need the phone number associated with your account and your account number. From there, you can view your past payments, pay your bill, schedule your next delivery, and more!
• Do you offer discounts?
Discounts are available to senior citizens and current/former military service members. Maximum discount is $0.05 off per gallon.
• Do you offer payment plans?
Quarles offers a variety of payment plans. Our budget payment plans allow you to spread your payments out through the year based on your estimated usage. There is no fee to participate, so call 800.201.HEAT (4328) for details.
We also offer price protection plans to keep you from feeling the pinch in the event fuel costs rise. Price protection means you never pay more than the guaranteed price per gallon for propane or oil during the plan period. Plus, if prices drop, you pay the lesser amount.
• I have a competitor’s propane tank. How can I switch?
Quarles makes it easy to switch and save. If the propane tank currently at your home does not belong to you or to Quarles, we can work with you on getting it switched over. Call our Customer Care Center and we’ll walk you through it!
